Our Story

From sacred soil
to your kitchen.

Gomatya is a quiet rebellion against shortcuts. We exist to bring back the slow, reverent practices that nourished generations before us.

Indigenous cow

Vision

We believe wellness is not a product — it is a relationship. With the cow, the farmer, the soil and the season. Gomatya was founded to rebuild that relationship, one honest jar at a time.

Every product we offer follows Vedic principle: indigenous breeds, traditional methods, zero synthetic chemicals, and full transparency from origin to bottle.

Farm to Home

Our Journey

  1. 01

    Pasture

Indigenous Gir and Sahiwal cows graze freely on chemical-free meadows tended by partner farmers.

  2. 02

    Hand Milking

Calves are fed first. Cows are milked ethically by hand at dawn — never machine-extracted.

  3. 03

    Slow Crafting

Curd is hand-churned in clay pots; ghee is slow-cooked on wood fire by the traditional Bilona method.

  4. 04

    Glass Bottling

Bottled in amber glass to preserve aroma and nutrients — never plastic.

  5. 05

    Your Home

Delivered directly, often within days of being made. Honest, fresh, and traceable.

Crafted with care. Shared with you.
